I agree. I've created a "coordinator" table with fields for name,
email and address. I'm assuming in the schema that there can only be 1
coordinator for a given project.
A coordinator is different from a translator in that the role is more
of a project manager, but a coordinator can double as a translator.
For the web interface, I think we need to have a different "view" (or
presentation in MVC) of the scripts for the coordinator (ex. a way to
remove or lock translations). Let's define what a coordinator can do
(vs. a translator) before implementing.
