Thanks for point out the project I'll look into it and see how we might
apply it.  I'll contact the Kilinux group also.  Previously some OOo translation
was made in 2003 and I think it was Menasse and Eskinder who tried applying it -?

This last week of the year I'm trying to clear out translations that have been
sitting 90% complete on my computer.  Then January finish off the resource
development -finally!
