[am-translate] The glossary at Addis Ababa University

I was trying to download the glossary file
http://www.aau.edu.et/ictglossary/amharic/amharicglossary.zip at the addis
ababa university web page. But I could not read the font. Has any one
managed to read it or converted it to unicode compliant font. I could read
the one on the page but not the exel file.
